About the Naval Helicopter Association (NHA)
The Naval Helicopter Association (NHA) is a member-driven 501(c)(6) nonprofit professional organization dedicated to supporting and advocating for the full community of vertical lift aviation in the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, from pilots and aircrew to maintainers, support personnel, industry partners, veterans, and family members. NHA exists to advance naval rotary-wing and tiltrotor aviation, strengthen professional excellence, preserve our heritage, and connect generations of service members and supporters.
As the only professional association focused on naval helicopters and tiltrotors, NHA provides a forum for connection, education, professional development, mentorship, and recognition across all career stages and roles in the vertical lift community.
