NHA Golf Scramble Rules
All team members will tee off on each hole and then decide which tee shot they prefer. The selected shot must be marked with a tee or ball marker.
The remaining team members will pick up their balls and place them at the position of the selected shot. For approach shots, placement is one club length from the original position and no closer to the hole. For putts, placement is three inches from the marker and no closer to the hole.
Players may lift, clean, and place their ball. However, players may not move the ball out of a hazard or change the lie type. If the selected ball is in the rough, all four shots must be taken from the rough. If the selected ball is in a bunker, all four shots must be played from the bunker.
The ball shall be marked on the putting green. This procedure will be repeated until the ball is holed out by a member of the team.
There will be no gimmies. Only one team score per hole will be recorded.
In the event of a tie in score, the most difficult holes will be reviewed and once a difference is found the lower scoring team will be placed in the higher standing. For Twin Oaks, the hole difficulty order is 2, 16, 9, 18, 5, 14, 6, 10, 4, 11, 1, 13, 3, 15, 7, 17, 8, 12. The progression will begin from hole 2 and continue until the tie is broken.
Each player will have one mulligan to use. Mulligans may not be transferred between team members. Additional mulligans may be purchased for 25 dollars.
In the case of a drastic score anomaly, teams will be subject to a playoff between the top two teams.
Golf Etiquette
Please rake all marks made in sand bunkers and leave the rakes in the bunkers. Please replace all divots and repair all ball marks. Leave the putting green as soon as you have holed out. Do not play until the players in front of you are out of range. Please observe all local course rules.
Binding Agreement
You acknowledge that this agreement is legally binding and enforceable. By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms stated above.
